Stretching

Roll Up

Crunches
You can do this exercise to reduce excess belly fat. Lie on the bed, straighten the knees at a 90-degree angle and place both hands under the head. Bend your head and neck forward and stay in this pose for a while. You will benefit.
Hip Bridge
Lying on the bed, bend the knees and try to raise the waist. At this time keep touching the body with both hands. You can do this exercise regularly to reduce waist fat.
