Dalal's history by scoring 426* in 58 boundaries!

 

In 2023, Samir Rizvi played an innings of 312 runs in India's under-23 CK Naidu Trophy. With that innings, he set the record for the highest individual innings in this tournament. Haryana's Jashovardhan Dalal broke his record on Sunday (November 10).

The young batsman is unbeaten after playing an innings of 426 runs with 46 fours and 12 sixes against Mumbai. Due to his record breaking innings, Haryana scored 732 runs for 8 wickets.

Haryana is yet to declare an innings. So Jashovardhan has a chance to add some more runs with 426 runs.

Thanks to Yashvardhan's innings, Haryana is in an advantageous position in the match. At the end of the second day's play against Mumbai, they were 732 for 8. Haryana's other opener Arsh Ranga scored 151 runs. He hit 18 fours and 1 six in an innings of 311 balls.

Arsh and Yashvardhan scored 410 runs in the opening pair. However, apart from these two, no other batsman of the team could even score a half century. Mumbai's most successful bowler Atharva Bhosle took 5 wickets for 135 runs.
